My Beginnings
I was born in Orange County, California an only child with loving parents who did their best and faced substance and communication challenges. The experiences of my childhood, led to my first career in the mental health sector as a counselor where I worked at government agencies, crisis help hotlines, private agencies and research institutions for over 9 years. I hit a glass ceiling, sought an uncomfortable and unknown career pivot, didn’t make rent for a few years and then successfully pivoted into the recruitment industry where I have been working the past 7 years.
With support of an incredibly strong set of mentors I became a leadership recruiter for several big (and small) name tech companies across San Francisco and the Bay Area including GitLab, Scale AI, Google and many more.

I leverage an experiential and unique approach with my clients where I help shine a light on their histories that may be blocking a more desired future from emerging.
