Having been in the recruitment industry for over 7 years, specifically in executive search for the last 4 years of my career I know what it takes to source, engage, apply, interview, negotiate, and land the job you’ve been seeking.

What To Expect

4, 50-min sessions for live planning and collaborating

Session 0 - The Discovery Session

Goal: Get to know one another, explore why we’re meeting, and we both leave the screen with clarity if we’re best to partner together

Session 1 - The Audit

We will start by understanding the feedback you’ve heard, the challenges you feel and look at the personal brand that employers are reading into.

Session 2 - Sourcing and Your Northstar

Right now for many industries, we are in an employer market and in order to find your new work home we will co-create your Northstar Guide and the search strategy roadmap.

Session 3 - V2 Your Personal Brand

Over the first few sessions we will be working asynchronously to improve your personal brand making you more accessible and appealing to employers.

Session 4 - Handoff

Even though I will always be a resource for your career, my metric of success is that you leave our work with the confidence and clarity to drive your search forward. The Handoff session focuses on tracking, cadence and accountability systems in looking forward so that you are empowered as the driver of your search.
